The Cookery of Vegetarian Food is similar to meat dishes. But it has its originality in cooking process. The main cooking methods are: mixing, stewing, crisping, smoking, pickling, rolling, frying, sautéing, baking, braising, boiling, steaming, frosting and putting candied juice, thick liquid, etc.
